2019 NCBBA National Championship History

Indiana University (South Bend) – South Bend, IN – April 12th – 14th, 2019

2019 was another great year for the NCBBA!  For the 2nd year in a row, South Bend, IN proved to once again be a fantastic home for the National Championship Tournament.  As in year’s past, eight NCBBA teams advanced to the National Championship which took place Friday, April 12th through Sunday, April 14th.  The single elimination, three-day tournament ultimately determined the 2019 National Champion, East Carolina University.  Not only was a National Champion crowned, but on Saturday, April 13th, the Tournament also featured the 4th annual NCBBA Skills Compitition and the 3rd annual NCBBA All Star Game.

Skills / All Star Competition

On Saturday April 13th, the NCBBA hosted the 4th annual NCBBA Skills Competition.  Contestants from around the NCBBA competed in events such as a Three Point Competition, the NCBBA Obstacle Course, a Slam Dunk Competition and the newly added Shooter’s Chaos.  Following the Skills Competition, the 3nd annual NCBBA All Star Game took place featuring participants from the NCBBA National Championship Tournament field.
