Brown tops Virginia Tech for the #1 spot in the Week 12 Top 20 Rankings!

Virginia Tech drops one to the #2, while Georgetown takes the #3 spot, with USC-Cardinal jumping to the #4 and UConn at the #5 spot.  Rounding out the remaining Top 5.
