USC – Cardinal jumps Brown for the #1 spot in the Week 14 Top 20 Rankings!

Brown drops one to the #2, while Virginia Tech takes the #3 spot, with UConn jumping to the #4 and Penn State leaping to the #5 spot.  Rounding out the remaining Top 5.
